The wine is not only important for Girlan, the oldest wine village of South Tyrol, but also for our hotel! This makes a wine lover´s heart beat faster… We cultivate wine ourselves and are happy to introduce you into the world of wine! Every evening we recommend -besides our own home-made-wine- a matching wine for the menue of the day, too, and serve a vast range of open wines in our bar!

Pleasures in the wine cellar...150 South Tyrolean top wines, amongst them special rarities, are stored in our wine cellar. The hotel´s owner, a dedicated wine lover and wine expert, conducts weekly wine tasting evenings in the nice atmosphere of the hotel´s own wine cellar or commented single degustations (on request).
